Car parking legislation and industry standards are at the heart of what we do. We are forever promoting the importance of compliance within the industry and have dedicated in-house teams focused on maintaining high standards.

Car Parking Partnership is a member of the British Parking Association (Membership Number 4900) and its Approved Operator Scheme (AOS). We pride ourselves in complying with industry guidelines and regulations, including CDM regulations, asbestos awareness and data protection.

  • The British Parking Association (BPA) is a not-for-profit organisation actively representing the parking industry through the promotion of compliance and standards, ensuring a better experience for motorists
  • The Approved Operator Scheme (AOS) is specifically designed for BPA members, launched by the BPA to continue the improvement of industry standards
  • The Parking On Private Land Appeals Service (POPLA) is an Independent Appeals Service (IAS) for Parking Charge Notices issued on private land
  • The Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) is designed to protect personal data. Car Parking Partnership complies fully with DPA to ensure all personal data is secure and protected.
